●Same batch color difference: refers to the color difference between different printed sheets of the same batch of products at the same position in the same hue zone.

●Similar batch color difference: refers to the color difference between different batches of the same product. If there is no color difference in each batch, when these products are put together, the contrast will be unusually obvious. Customers will feel that the product is new and old, and the quality of the product will be affected by the external color difference. The degree of trust, in this way, will also make customers dissatisfied with the manufacturer and affect the follow-up cooperation.

2Color tolerance refers to the gap between the original and the sample acceptable to the customer.
As customers and manufacturers, we all hope that the color difference between the product and the original can be controlled to zero, but due to actual production and various restrictions, it is impossible to completely eliminate the color difference. Therefore, in order to minimize the chromatic aberration, the only way to minimize the chromatic aberration is to strengthen the control of each link. Keep it within the prescribed range.

Whether in the printing process or when checking the quality after the finished product, the printing operator and the quality inspector should rely on their own experience and feelings to show the authenticity of the product and also make the color quality of the printed product. Give an objective evaluation. Digital printing can be said to be a kind of reproduction. From pre-press processing to the entire printing process, the original manuscript is the basis for the production of digital printing, and the reproduction of the color of the manuscript is the purpose of digital printing reproduction.

4 When there is no manuscript for the most contrast, the color quality of digital printing is related to the sense of reality, which means that the product must match the memory color of most people. Most people will show a memory color in their minds when they see the product. If the main color in the digital printing is far from the real color, this product cannot be regarded as a high-quality finished product.

5 Objective evaluation. The quality of digital printing can be calculated by statistical means to calculate the result of subjective evaluation, and then converted into the corresponding physical quantity, used as an objective evaluation standard. This is actually relatively objective and will not be affected by human factors. Because it is a fair evaluation obtained by standardized and unified standards, it will also meet the standards of the majority and be accepted by more people.
